Coteau Grove Farms sits on 180 acres in Sunset, Louisiana. Lush pastures provide a great environment for our broodmares, their foals and our young horses as they prepare for racing careers. Our pastures have turn out sheds for shade and shelter from inclement weather.
Two barns with 22 stalls, including foaling stalls, provide stabling for our broodmares, foals and young horses. State of the art video monitoring systems allow us to keep an eye on our horses, while giving them a chance to rest without interruption. This is especially important during foaling season.
The office is part of our main barn with a full service kitchen, laundry facilities and the latest technology that gives us access to data and information for all of our horses. The office walls and cabinets are decorated with photos and trophies that are a testament to our horses, staff and success our foal crop has at the racetrack.
