PRIVATE MOTORCOACH MANAGER & LICENSED CDL DRIVER

Coteau Grove Farms is seeking an experienced, highly dependable professional to manage and operate our new 2025 Millennium luxury motorcoach and assist with the safe, professional transportation of Coteau Grove Farms Registered Thoroughbreds.

This is a unique, long-term opportunity for an individual who combines exceptional professionalism, driving skills, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, discretion, and a genuine pride of ownership in the equipment entrusted to their care.

The successful candidate will have primary responsibility for ensuring the motorcoach is maintained in exceptional mechanical and cosmetic condition and ready for travel at all times, while also assisting with the safe transportation of our horses as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Class A CDL with an excellent driving record

• Significant experience operating large commercial vehicles

• Luxury motorcoach or large RV experience preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and preventive-maintenance knowledge

• Mature, dependable, discreet, and highly professional

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to accommodate local, regional, and occasional overnight or multi-day travel
